Between the thermal mass and the solar gain, the house really performs.So far this winter I have used less than 100 gallons of propane and the home has been quite warm.The heat is all radiant and the boiler is rated at 95% efficiency.
The house is situated on 2.1 acres on a ridge with some of the best views in the county.
